Released in January 1994, the song became a top-10 hit in the United States, Canada, and Norway. The song was used in the 1994 film #TheGetaway starring #KimBasinger and #AlecBaldwin and directed by #RogerDonaldson. Marx also recorded a Spanish-language version titled "Ahora y Siempre" for the Spanish market.
