Now does seem like a appropriate time. Obviously, this New Wulferhampton is still under construction. Then there are the removal costs of the Mead Hall to consider, as well as the arboreal costs to cover. All of this requires investment on behalf of the Dear Leader. As such, there will be some transitional increases in taxes whilst these costs are amortised. None of these taxes will be used on wallpaper in the Mead Hall, nor on accidental wine and cake.
To reassure everyone, the potato cache is safe, it was successfully transported, and has been placed in the New Vaults.
