The supermarket and elementary school killings this month would be historic massacres if they occurred in many countries, including Bolivia where pivotal mass killings in 1988, 2008, and 2019 all had fewer victims than the Uvalde shooting.

In fact, I'm not sure if any non-state force has killed as many people in Bolivia since the 1899 Federal War as have right-wing extremists have in the United States since 2011.

The casualties from the 2017 Las Vegas shooter are on par with the worst military crackdowns in Bolivia of the past quarter century: October 11-13, 2003 and November 15-19, 2019.

We have some minimizing terms for these things but the routine outbreaks of violence in the contemporary US are significant historical events and are likely seen that way by many countries that don't put up with this kind of violence monthly.
