The obvious reality that 51 anti-choice Republican Senators would break the filibuster to ban abortion nationwide means now is the time to break the filibuster to stop them.

Let me get this straight - we can’t codify Roe because of the filibuster? But if Republicans take the House and Senate they’ll pass a national abortion ban? Presumably by abolishing the filibuster? So we’re just gonna sit around waiting for them to do it?

There are hundreds of thousands of American citizens with zero Senators. DC statehood is an easy step to prevent a national abortion ban.

There are 50+ Senators pledged to protect voting rights.

In case of emergency, break glass (and the pointless filibuster that will be broken the second Republicans have a trifecta).
