Lovely to be back in my favourite place today, The Bethlem Gallery, running a creative writing workshop, ‘responding to Voices From The Asylum’. #writing #poetry #mentalhealth
I write a lot of poetry. So, hope you like it.

1. My lifelong love footy team lost and is going to get relegated - but I found ways not to be as upset as I usually am (lots of mindfulness)
2. Yesterday (does that count?) had a wonderful outing with extended family incl cousins for my early birthday party
3. Tomorrow (does that count?) running a writing workshop with mental health service users at the amazing Bethlem Gallery
I write a lot of poetry. So, hope you like it.
