Dim-witted and insecure right-wing men who don't want women to have rights have intimidated their wives about voting since the 19th Amendment passed.
The fact that the Kamala Harris campaign dared to point this out has endlessly triggered Christian fundamentalists everywhere.
They insist that it's not true, while at the same time claiming that women who support Harris over Trump are "undermining" their husbands, as Charlie Kirk put it.
It's statistically true that women are more liberal than men. The larger scenario of partners voting differently plays out millions of times every election.
And there's no doubt that some men feel entitled to tell their wives/partners how or if they should vote, as this 81-year-old who just voted for the first time spoke about. Her late husband told her she shouldn't vote.
I saw a post, yesterday, on how some men require their wives to mail in vote, so that they can make sure she is voting they way they want her to.
Chilling.
Nauseating.
Yes, disgusting and controlling!
@Edelruth @mattsheffield Interesting pitfall to the mail-in ballot
