I'd love to be able to rewatch Silicon Valley just for the guy who shows doors that open like this, not like this. But between when I first watched it and now, all the characters have become insufferable to me (except maybe Jared).

Probably close to a decade that the Yogscast Jingle Jam has been setting the mood for Christmas for me. This year they cut it short to the first two weeks of December. It's fair but I am missing it.

I'm having a bit of trouble actually having a festive mood. Just thinking how all the carefully assembled decorations will become irrelevant after tomorrow.

I did it. I baked the cookies.

I'm reading some lyrics I wrote in 2015 and I have absolutely no recollection of writing any of them. The meter is off at times but they're not too awful...

If you're gonna throw Disney money at it why not put someone in charge who is actually familiar with the source material? Is there no bottom line difference between a cult classic like Fellowship of the Ring and something like Rise of Skywalker that people forget when they walk out of the cinema?

I haven't watched it. The trailer was enough to know it wasn't Artemis Fowl, it was something completely different that was just using the names of Artemis Fowl characters. You can change some things to make an adaptation into a different medium, but you can't change characters' cornerstones.
