@Geri The story was kept remarkably quiet. Was that so because of his Uncle’s political influence? That is why we should look closer at this. I don’t regard upskirting as a ‘misdemeanour’. It’s horrible, intrusive, degrading and makes its victim very lacking in confidence in any public space. It can happen to men wearing kilts, or other traditional dress that is not trousers just as it [more often] happens to women.
@HarriettMB I guess I meant misdemeanour in the broadest sense to cover all sorts of things. I wasn't placing a weighted value judgement on the word.
