Also interestingly they seem to be becoming less and less reticent about demonstrating those performance capabilities to our latest detection technologies.At this point the evidence is hard to ignore. 1/2 In discussion it's easy to provoke arguments about correlation and connections to observables and causality. Today's thorn turns out to be assumptions about *IntelligentControl*.A potential adversary that would prefer to remain hidden is going to respond if you start detecting them more frequently (upgraded radar ? hmmm)...or not. If your finding them more and observables don't change adding new assumptions probably isn't a first best move.Maybe they don't care.Maybe they're not adversaries-
