#SquirrelJME: Made it so that the Gradle build on Mac OS will try to make a universal binary, since one could be running the x86_64 version on M1 and it would fail to run.

I just happened to open the 1000th issue in the VSCode Java Extension Repository: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-java-pack/issues/1000 . This does regard VSCode's inability to handle building SquirrelJME despite others doing fine with it.
