— The 14th Amendment doesn't require that a right be deeply rooted in the Nation's history and tradition. Almost no right or medical care would reach that level if it was equally applied. It requires that all citizens be treated equally under the law something the corrupt Supreme Court has not been following in regards to gay and trans people by treating religious freedoms as trumping every other right.
