@thegnuguy I'm trying to stay consistent, and struggling with it.

@WendyDLN @thegnuguy
My challenge is finding the right time. The last thing on my mind when I get off work- is more work. Then when I start relaxing, I find myself getting caught up in things I've been avoiding.

@lucifargundam the later it gets, the harder it is to get my workout in. There are just so many things to get done in the day. I try to make it the first thing I do. However, that isn't possible every day or I don't get my bum out if bed soon enough. If I get a "good" workout in it usually take about an hour and a half. I think I need to settle for a quick 30 min workout on some days. Core lifts then hit the shower...

@WendyDLN @lucifargundam Maybe I'll just do the spiderman work out...hook on the electric shock please.

@WendyDLN @thegnuguy
I might be better off doing a half-day workout instead of trying to squeeze in time daily... Not sure what the requirement shift would be.

@lucifargundam @thegnuguy that might be to concentrated. If you can work in 3 days a week, that would be good.

@WendyDLN Don't know if you've seen it I made a banner for ACAUNTABUILITY CLUB! :D, will add you to to it later on

@WendyDLN Just curious, since you workout at home - do you have a full home gym setup with barbell and plates at. al? Or just using dumbbells for all deadlifts and powercleans?

@prezu I have bits of a home gym. Adjustable dumbbells, basic Olympic barbell (45 lbs), set of cast plates, power tower, diy squat rack and a few other odds and ends. I've slowly been working on building my home gym. There is a lot more I'd like to add to it. There was a time when it was just dumbbells.
