People making such rooms, you are MORONS.
1. You are not equipped to counsel trauma or follow up with support if further trauma is triggered in discussion.
2. You could be sued if identities of sexual assault survivors are made public on your space.
Karl Wilhelm Diefenbach's "A Girl with a Flower" is one of my favorite spring paintings to enjoy as the season draws to a close, the girl so feminine, the landscape so verdant, the whole scene so ethereal.
What this is, I'll leave for anyone who cares to guess.
It's one of those times I decide to use the brush and waste ink. I've found it challenging to get a good depth with just black Sumi ink, especially blending to get smooth cloudy transitions in value. It dries way too quick, which is needed for the nib, but makes the fills tricky as fuck!
More random sketchbook pages.
When drawing without plans, I've found it gets challenging to come up with a unique but realistic looking volume; especially when I've drawn the outline first. Also, reluctantly using the brush for different kinds of values.
