sometimes i get the existential dread that everything i do is pointless and that I shouldn't be trying to make games.

the new input system in unity is. well. better? but some simple things are still hard to do it seems.

Also it occurred to me that i could probably easily add time machine capabilities to Rumor, allowing you to go back in time and pick a different choice... which would be an amazing feature to have out of the box.

Spent the morning working on Rumor. Finished adding back serialization support so you can save/load whenever you want. \o/

i'm really bummed out about all the potential time I lost over the last four days due to the power outage which I could have used on my side projects, but I think that just means i need to do another personal jam for myself this weekend. ✨

After being out of power since Sunday night, I finally have power back as of yesterday evening. \o/

Found out today that my game Gender Dysphoria is linked on the course webpage for a class at UC Irvine. - u - ✨

i have very little energy today despite getting some good sleep last night

now I need to make the compilation errors actually useful...

Yesterday I successfully converted one of the scripts in a game I made to use the new compiler I wrote for Rumor and I'm still super jazzed about it. IT WORKS \o/
