If I'm using ProtonMail or Tutanota, while sending emails to people using other email platforms (like Gmail/Yahoo), unless I add a password to the email, it won't be end-to-end encrypted, right?

@strawberryfieldsforever oh sorry. At my work we use "+1" a lot to add yourself or others to the email chain. "+2" if you added 2 ppl.

Im also wondering about if Protonmail/Tutanota uses PGP email encryption. For that we wouldn't need a specific service.
@psiie @strawberryfieldsforever I'm unsure about Proton: I know Tutanota uses a modified version with encrypted subjects and PFS.
