**Banana Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies**

**INGREDIENTS:**

- 2 ripe bananas

- 1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/4 cup almond butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon X

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

**INSTRUCTIONS:**

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

3. Stir in the rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

4. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries and chopped nuts if using.

5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden and firm to the touch.

7. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
