I did a run this morning 🌇 👉 13 km in HR zone 2 🏃‍♂️ 👍

I planned on doing this long run every Friday morning! 💪

Here are my sports stats since I'm a polar user 📅 👉 Nov. 2020

The month with most session was in Oct. 2021 with 37 sessions! 💯WOW! 💪 Strength training stays on top, followed by running! 🏃‍♂️ With consequences that I did more Core sessions then mountain bike, BUT duration of my mountain bike sessions took longer then a core session! 🚵‍♂️ Yes, I reached my goal!! 👊😎 But it's definitely not over yet 🤞😁 💪

Temperature is too hot for running in hot weather 🌡️ 35°C 🥵 It was fun, but at the end of my run it wasn't easy anymore to run with a low heart rate... heart rate rise faster in the heat 💗

Yesterday I found out that my running technique is like poop 💩 I need to work on it 😜
