Somebody at work just shard this article: dev.to/yawaramin/the-human-tol

IMHO, I do not agree at all. If you (also companies) #OpenSource software, it is YOUR responsible to make that it works as you want it to work BEFORE you deploy it. Stop crying if you didn't and something exploded.
Humans do mistakes, so don't expect that something will work perfectly. And if you don't understand it don't use it.

PS: throwing resources AFTERWARDS at a problem cannot be the right solution.

The difference between a closed, algorithmically-curated silo like Twitter and the fediverse.

Same post.

Twitter: ~43K “followers”, 8 boosts, 58 likes
Fediverse: ~8.43K followers, 57 boosts, 106 likes

Your thousands of “followers” on Twitter mean nothing because the algorithm (i.e., Twitter, Inc.) decides who gets to hear you.

Finally a new #OpenTracks release with an AWESOME feature!
In addition to a customizable UI, you can now create and switch between multiple customized UIs.
For example, one for hiking, one for running, and another one for cycling.
Kudos to @rgmf
🚀

And the ugly part: I broke the moving time computation in v3.22.0 due to over-optimization. Sadly, recorded tracks cannot be repaired as we did not store the necessary details.
v3.23.0 brings you back the pre-v3.22.0 behavior.
