I watched a reporter ask Trump about what happened at #Arlington. He dodged the question saying he didn't know anything about any rules. Then at a rally he tried to shift blame to prosecutors, DAs & attorney generals for the violation of the rules at #Arlington by HIM & HIS STAFF.

Notice how he didn't attack the Army for breaking their rules?
He doesn't want to piss them off, so he goes after "Washington"
