Purina expands its recall of dog food that can cause kidney problems and vomiting
#Purina recalled two more lots of Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets EL Elemental Friday because they might have elevated levels of Vitamin D.
The original recall was Feb. 8. Purina’s recall notice says its own investigation found a mistake from a supplier that caused the potential problem.
