Our judge of the Constitutional Tribunal (who is "famous" as awful and disgusting person for years) attacked trans child (and their school) in social media.
Next day our Commissioner for Child Rights approves her statement.
Our deputy Minister of Education said history schoolbooks are wrong and spread "false ideology" - bacause "not all slave owners were bad". Yes, this idiot is defending slavery... 🤮
its fucked up nowadays, you cant just make a thing. you have to make a running series of that thing, which goes on forever, and has a patreon, a mailing list, a discord channel, an official wiki, a fan wiki, a prima strategy guide, its own cryptocurrency, flag, national anthem, nuclear deterrent, etc
Updated reminder of why #Signal is far from optimal:
- No #anonymity: every account is tied to a phone number
- Not #opensource, until recently. Server source code was undisclosed for a year to hide their plans to turn Signal into a bank
- No #decentralization
- Dark UI pattern: The PIN feature (enabled by default) uploads your contacts to the cloud without informing the user, albeit encrypted.
- Tries to be a #blockchain #cryptocurrency bank

@ilyess No, it doesn't require you to sign in, you "just" need to agree to a few dozens of tracking things. Or tediously deny them one by one.

Google is using its exceptionally powerful position to make *the browser itself* analyze your browsing behavior and serve that on a plate in the form of "cohorts" to anyone interested.
They are transforming Chrome into a "browsing-history-passport" - right now.
If you care about your intellectual freedom even a little bit, you must put Chrome out of your life as soon as possible. Support others doing the same.
