Photos from my birthday earlier this week, in which I discovered I had no frosting piping tips and ended up making a somewhat eccentric looking cake to serve as dessert for my main course of oven-BBQ’d ribs.

It turned out surprisingly well though. I made a sour cream pound cake and experimented by substituting fat free greek yogurt for sour cream, and egg whites for whole eggs, so a little healthier than the og recipe.
