⟃=⪨‗‗‗‗‗˲<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://kirche.social/@wederbrotnochwein" class="u-url mention">@<span>wederbrotnochwein</span></a></span> bereite mich da auch gerade drauf vor und es wird wohl <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/LinuxMint" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>LinuxMint</span></a>, gibt einfach super viele Ressourcen dazu und ist nah an Ubuntu, ohne manche fragwürdigen Entscheidungen des Ubuntu-Teams mitzumachen. Außerdem easy von Windows zu wechseln. Bild-/Videobearbeitung ist dann halt GIMP, Inkscape, Resolve, etc. und für Musik Audacity, Reaper, etc., hab aber auf meinem Testsystem auch schon Kontakt-Libraries zum Laufen bekommen 😎 wenn du kannst, teste mal auf nem alten Laptop oder so</p>

I think it's speed-dependent/logarithmic. Once I remember that, it's really precise.</p><p>Overall, some tricks need to be learned. But I haven't been swearing at it as much as I did with <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Garmin" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Garmin</span></a> </p><p>(Talkin' 'bout route-planning on a laptop. TT is web-based, Garmin uses an application.)</p>

Dinkenfunkle<p>Just had a slightly weird malfunction on my laptop ... keyboard, apparently spontaneously, decided it would refuse to acknowledge the shift-characters above the top number keys. (@#% etc) </p><p>(In case it's happening to others ... ) Solution turned out to be open the input preferences, change keyboard to another layout (I randomly chose German), exit the preference dialogue so it saved, then change it back to ENG-US again.</p><p>All before finishing my morning coffee, about which I am feeling a tad smug.</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.au/tags/LinuxMint" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>LinuxMint</span></a></p>
