Also, it's literally not mounted to the wall. <br> <br> It lives in my bedroom instead of my den, so when I want to game next to my wife, she has her flagship desktop and I have Embrace.<br> <br> It's my first Mini ITX build and has followed me on several vacations and work trips and fits snug into the carry on luggage suitcase I use. <br> <br> Embrace has evolved a few different times as well. Mimosarts<p>I have a question Linux nerds here might answer.</p><p>I recently built my PC and I installed window to test it. I want to go Linux but when I tried to install it on another disk my gpu Fans didn't woke up until the card reached something like 80°C and I'm very uncomfortable with it. </p><p>It's a gigabyte 7800xt so drivers shouldn't be an issue since fedora have AMD drivers already installed but I can't figure where to go to lower the settings</p><p><a href="https://meow.social/tags/pcbuilding" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>pcbuilding</span></a> <a href="https://meow.social/tags/pcgaming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>pcgaming</span></a> <a href="https://meow.social/tags/linuxgaming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>linuxgaming</span></a> <a href="https://meow.social/tags/fedora" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>fedora</span></a> <a href="https://meow.social/tags/linux" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>linux</span></a></p>
Phillip<p>I was initially stoked for the <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/RX9070XT" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>RX9070XT</span></a> launch from <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/AMD" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>AMD</span></a>, but between AIB margins and tariffs, I’m a bit worried about what the actual price will end up being.</p><p>I play on a 3070 right now, and if I’m being honest with myself, I don’t actually have a good reason to upgrade. Especially if said upgrade ends up costing closer to $1k than the $600 MSRP</p><p>A “downgrade” from ultrawide to standard 32” 1440p would give a nice bump in performance, and make it feel new again. Plus maybe a new case that’s easier to build in and clean. Only time will tell after the actual listings appear tomorrow morning </p><p><a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/PCBuilding" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PCBuilding</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/Gaming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Gaming</span></a></p>

S.T. Veje<p>I'm building my own gaming PC (a new experience for me), but because my budget is tight (and I'm impatient) I've been buying the parts a few at a time. I should now have everything I need except the graphics card, so in theory I could build the PC and use it without a GPU until I scrape enough money together for that ... but is that advisable? Is it a pain in the ass to add the graphics card later, or does it not make any big difference?</p><p><a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/PCBuilding" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PCBuilding</span></a> <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/PC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PC</span></a> <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/GamingPC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>GamingPC</span></a></p>
