So I feel a bit awkward about doing an introduction about myself 🙄, but I would like to do one about my #rstats 📦 sequoia now that it's back on CRAN 🙂

It assigns #parents based on #SNP #genetic data, and further builds the #pedigree by clustering siblings sharing a non-genotyped parent, and assigning grand-parents.

All you need is a few 100 decent quality SNPs!

It can handle overlapping generations, inbreeding, and even hermaphrodites.
