Life’s getting into a groove as spring is starting to creep up the mountain. Frantic 🇬🇧 + 🇪🇺I'm getting more disillusioned by <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/Labour" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Labour</a> on an almost daily basis. I've never been a member but have consistently voted for them, I was a paying supporter during Corbyn's leadership. Realistically though with our FPTP electoral system not voting Labour in my *constituency would be a vote for the <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/Conservative" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Conservative</a> or <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/UKreform" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#UKreform</a> parties both of which I totally abhor. On the left I like the Green Party but their local support is woefully poor. I also like a lot of what the <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/SNP" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#SNP</a> stands for but they're not on an option South of the border. All of which makes Labour my least worst option under FPTP. I suppose that a transferable vote might be a solution but the different variants are a minefield.Does anyone else have a similar quandary? And they still have got charges and/or a court case. Whatever they may have is hopefully not enough so the case loses in court anyway. There’s no way it takes all that time for a forensic accountant to prove the police assertion. This is nothing more than a political charge to damage aspirations for Scottish Independence.
