Hace unas semanas compartí la receta que sigo para hacer seitán, y también para hacer seitán a la cerveza. Tuvo muy buena acogida entre la gente. Mis publicaciones se borran al cabo de dos semanas, y se me olvidó marcar las recetas para que no se borraran :(

Vegan options? :) A nice side of marinaded seitan? Some spiced tempeh? Would it be possible to cook an entire stirfry on that sucker if you pre-prepped the rice / noodles? So many culinary possibilities to consider...

Ich hab heute Königsberger Klopse aus Seitanpulver und Tofu versucht - die sind allerdings so wabbelig-zäh geworden, kaum essbar - jetzt suchmaschiniere ich so rum, in der Hoffnung, irgendwas Rettendes zu finden - es sind noch viele Klopse da...
Bisher habe ich nichts gefunden, jemand ne Idee? Geschmacklich sind die gut - aber die Konsistenz ist schlimm
