At the midwinter employee orientation, the little snake was sitting in the front row, if not bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, well, bright-eyed and shiny-scaled.

The HR guy looked at the diminutive serpent quizzically.

"You're a new hire?"

"You bet!" the snake said, lifting up on its coils proudly. "I'm a real value #adder. You'll be really glad I'm on board. Whether it's sales month over month, customer retention, employee morale--you name it, I'll add value."

Luie journalist, verdiep je eens in de materie waarover je schrijft. De toerist is gebeten door een zandadder (Vipera ammodytes), voorkomend op de Balkan en een heel andere soort dan de gewone #adder (Vipera berus) die o.a. in Nederland leeft. De zandadder is aanzienlijk giftiger dan de (schuwe) gewone adder. Even googelen en je weet het.
