I had all sorts of plans around marketing and content this week but I've been flattened by a flu I picked up from one of our crew. So let's just keep this simple.

Is your strategy (or lack thereof) working? 🤔

If so, congratulations: you don't need my Strategy During Chaos workshop on May 7th.

Otherwise, want to just pencil this right in and join me?

Okay friends, by popular demand, I've updated my "OKR basics" video ... so if you're one of the people who thinks:

"What the f*** are OKRs?"

-or-

"OMG we used OKRs at XYZ Past Company and they were total b***s***,"

every time you hear me say "OKR" this video is literally for you.

(I also include examples for two of the teams that often struggle hardest with key results: product teams, and creative teams!)

Had a chat with a chief of staff this week and now my brain is puzzling all over again about my ideal clients. They’re definitely CEOs and chiefs of staff (and people in COS-like roles). But narrowing from job title is so challenging.

My COSs skew strategic — they do the ops and admin work but they thrive as thought partners and in strategy. They think of themselves as future COOs (maybe) and I see them as future CEOs (and when I say that…

Want to know the five most common OKR mistakes I've seen, working with hundreds of organizations globally?

There's an obvious place most OKR pros start:

The "Too Much / Too Many" issue

But I actually start somewhere else:

With the problem of leaders who think accountability in the form of OKRs is for everyone ✨else.✨

⚠️ Content Note: Unfiltered skin. Legs. Feet. Bare soles. Viewer discretion advised – or encouraged. 😏

First day this year going fully legwear-free... no tights, no nylons, no mesh, no nothin’. Just skin.

Breaking dress codes since three years now and still not fired. Yet. 😜

Today’s look: comfy top, slit skirt with views, and all the barefoot power I can legally bring into the office.

The air may be conditioned, but the vibe is anything but :valid:

One year on E today :ablobcatrave: .. seems i had good preconditions for growing boobies :o) .. did not expect to be so far in 12 months tbh, although i knew it somehow. Always had higher E levels i think (small breasts since i can think of(childhood) etc. Looks like the extra E kicked them over the edge to level up a few lvls :D.

So todays office outfit pics feature the(my) best (body :D) parts.. boobies, legs and feet :D.

Whether you're:

✨ A leader looking to transform your team's approach to strategy
✨ A mid-career professional who sees problems clearly but struggles to implement solutions
✨ Someone who processes information differently and feels like everyone else got a secret playbook on how to succeed at work
✨ Or an OKR practitioner frustrated by trying to figure out a simple, efficient approach to the methodology

When you were little, you may have played a sport -- even if you knew you might lose -- because you enjoyed it. You may have played games, which aren't only fun when you win. You have to play to learn (and win someday). That sense of play, & openness to learning through losing goes out the window #AtWork.

Sometimes you have to get courageous & just take the leap.
