oh also I be walk barefoot in garden now!

when I still be live in city, ppl often think it be cold barefoot. but cold not be problem when walk, only when stand around long time - even in snow I be go barefoot short time, it be much fun!
feet be do lots blood circulation when barefoot, I not be too cold. but. have pay attention, listen to feet and be friend of body: Is fun challenge? or is ow and ugh and not want no more?
most cause of ow be rough surface, some of time hot surface, or thorns. ofc take care look if is shard or so. but you be walk barefoot, pay attention, is good.
is meditate. but is form of meditate that be good for trauma brain and autistic brain of me! sit still silent be HORRIBLE for brain of me!
but barefoot (or even shoe) walk be good medicine and heal!
be learn of connect to body and surrounding and nature and be tactile and find good and bad texture (I be like of pay attention to texture for be autistic) and also just be FUN and be allow of self of be weird and childish. be very very GOOD for SOUL!

Be learn of be in flow of own body, feet, ground under feet, earth that carry me and universe! is be good flow state is be possible
then not hurt.
hurt almost always only happen, when not in flow or be disconnect or dissociate or want shoe again. that ok too. I be gentle of own self and take break or put on shoe
