Got to watch a #tea ceremony yesterday at the #cherryblossomfestival yesterday. It's such a calming, grounding experience. Every move is deliberate; every action shows respect. It's a reminder to be #mindful.
Honoured to be invited to Hatsugawa, first tea ceremony of the year. We enjoyed delicious food, good conversation, admired all the tea tools and of course the tea. So grateful. I love my sensei.
