Known as MultI-modal Spatial Omics, or MISO, the tool—described in the peer-reviewed journal Nature Methods—can analyze hundreds of thousands of cells at once, then identify important disease structures and mechanisms.“Pathologists traditionally identify relevant structures in diseased tissue by visually examining stained tissue images—a method that is costly, time-consuming and typically reliant on a single type of tissue imaging,” said Kyle Coleman, PhD, an assistant professor

Tonight's example, that finally got me to toot about it... packaging.

The #poetry documentation for #pyproject.toml describes the #include and #exclude config lists. exclude is #automagically pre-populated with the entries from your VCS ignore file, but, and I quote:

"Explicitly declaring entries in include will negate VCS' ignore settings."

Wanna bet on it? I have an entry in my .gitignore file for `docs`. I explicitly list it in `include`.

@mhoye like now that I see all these posts about a mass exodus of people from #windows and #apple to #linux is this the face of Linux you want to represent? You wanna be this guy? And #exclude then from this open source software? I hate it when this happens. We #linux community can be better. Can do better. And before #inclusive when we post to people who don’t know squat. BECAUSE SOMETIMES THEY DO know something! They did what research they could do in the moment but are asking for support because OTHERS KNOW MORE and THEY NEED HELP! UGH!
