One of my favourite subgenres of horror is religious horror. Gimme all the antichrists and possessions and evil nuns. But there's gotta be religious horror out there that doesn't draw upon Christianity. Got any examples? It's one of those questions where there is probably some deep theological point to be had about whether prayer needs to be audible to be heard; but that really isn't worth bothering with by serious Christians, partly because movies and cranks have seriously distorted the whole idea and partly because scientific rationalism from the Enlightenment onwards has already undermined many of the foundations of exorcism.
That's some strange stuff (to me) right there.

Today's been 1 #Exorcism after another! I started with the 1s I have the Exorcism of Emily Rose 2005, the Rite 2011, the Devil inside 2012, & the Last exorcism 2010 then over to the 1s I haven't collected yet but found on Prime the Last exorcism 2 2013 & on Tubi the Possession 2012. I love having Tubi cuz I find movies that I sometimes can't seem to find on the other sites but I tell you their little trick of sticking a commercial right at the good part drives me nuts! #MyHorrorfest #Possessions

I grew up listening to Bob Larson losing his mind on the radio. The closer he sounded to having a stroke, the more I wanted to go buy the CD of the #metal band he was ranting about! He did a lot for the early 1990's Tampa #deathmetal scene through all that ranting and raving on his program.

Corregidme si me equivoco en algo, pero creo que la cosa es más o menos así:
Si exorcizais vuestros #Android, notaréis que varias apps ya no traen notificaciones por defecto o a nivel muy reducido, y esto sucede porque éstas no generan dichos avisos a nivel local, sino que la información se manda a través de un servidor de notificaciones push: en estos casos suelen emplear Firebase, que conecta con Android a través de Google Play Services.
Este tipo de sistemas se utilizan para no tener la app en cuestión siempre en segundo plano consumiendo recursos como batería y capacidad de procesamiento, pero a cambio se sacrifica privacidad.
Lo ideal es usar aplicaciones compatibles con #UnifiedPush. Podéis usar vuestro cliente #XMPP (que todo el mundo debería tener como alternativa a Telegram y Signal) o servidor de #NextCloud como distribuidora de notificaciones push, entre otros.
