Also würde mal behaupten, dass das Video allgemein nicht in Sekundarschulen verwendet wird, als Begleitmaterial, z.B. als Teil einer Playlist mit Videos aus der Zeit, sich als Hausaufgabe anzusehen.

Lizenz-mäßig sollte das nicht ein Problem sein, weil die Nutzung Bildungszweck. Eventuell müsste nur geklärt werden, solche Videos auf eigenem Server, damit ohne Werbung.
