The IOC unanimously voted to restore the sport to the Olympic program, citing World Boxing’s progress in governance.
@brad262run if this is tried with the #Olympics it will represent a violation of the hosting agreement. The new IOC President is going to be doing some behind-the-scenes diplomacy to ensure this does not happen with #LA28. Part of the hosting agreement is that an Olympic credential, issued by the IOC through the various NOCs, is an unquestionable visa for entry to the host country during the time of the Games, superseding host country policy.
