“All single-sex facilities in the Capitol and House Office Buildings — such as restrooms, changing rooms, and locker rooms — are reserved for individuals of that biological sex,” Johnson said previously.
“It is important to note that each member office has its own private restroom, and unisex restrooms are available throughout the Capitol.”
McBride said Sunday that she has “had conversations with colleagues in the Democratic caucus already that

It is ILLEGAL to pass a law that targets ONE PARTICULAR PERSON.
Hateful #Republican SAY they want to ban ALL #Trans people from using the bathroom that doesn't match their *birth* gender.
But HOW do they KNOW if the person going in is Trans? They only know #McBride is Trans b/c she TOLD them. But anyone ELSE? They can't possibly know (short of stopping & inspecting the genitals of everyone going in) and thus is a law/rule/policy targeting ONE individual.
