Cultura cíclicaLas ultimas décadas ha aumentado de forma masiva el número de mujeres que se han dedicado a observar sus menstruaciones, sus procesos, su cuerpo con curiosidad. 🩸 Mujeres de todas las áreas del saber y el hacer. Gracias a ellas y a las que las siguieron este camino, comenzaron a promoverse estudios, publicaciones y todo tipo de actividades, en diferentes ámbitos, sobre la menstruación y los procesos fisiológicos femeninos. 🩸 La Cultura Menstrual cíclica se ha comenzado a despojar del tabú impuesto durante siglos por la ignorancia patriarcal. 🩸 En lugar de ser una maldición, hoy somos más y más las mujeres que comprobamos en cada nuevo ciclo la bendición de renovación y salud en que se transforma nuestro ciclo cuando podemos observar y comprender la experiencia del viaje hormonal. Es posible y necesario cuidar nuestro cuerpo, comprender nuestra mente y emociones, indagar en la creatividad y el poder que cada fase del ciclo nos ofrece...y claro, compartir este conocimiento con todas, que todas nos liberemos del dolor, de todo el malestar, la culpa, la vergüenza y todo el sufrimiento derivado de la ignorancia del proceso cíclico y sus virtudes naturales. 🩸 Si menstruas, la llevas dentro: no dudes de tu sabiduría, está esperando que le dediques tu atención y la compartas con el mundo. 💜 Lo que es natural al cuerpo y la tierra se comprende rápido y se siente bien.
