This Orange Mango knows that most of the stuff Americans buy come from #China. By raising China's #tariff to 125%, he figures he'll make enough money and perhaps won't need to impose the #ReciprocalTariffs on anybody else. That's why he paused the reciprocal tariffs for 90 days. This will stabilize the markets, and he'll claim it as a win for #Trump. Meanwhile, Americans will be paying tariffs on almost everything they buy.

I don’t know which worm tongue was just on CNN defending trump’s trade war, but he called our country sick and told us to take our medicine in the most contemptuous “little conservative old patriarch knows best” way I’ve seen.

They have a particular kind of voice.

It wasn’t clear from #Trump’s post if countries would be facing a 10% tariff or a 20% tariff. Trump said he would impose “a substantially lowered reciprocal tariff” of 10% during the 90 days. But he didn’t say if that would be in addition to a 10% “universal” #tariff that the #UnitedStates imposed globally on Sa.

Karoline Leavitt, the WH propagandist, just told reporters that the tariff level would be brought down to a universal 10% — so that will still be in effect.
