B. subtilis natto culture on steamed soybeans.
Been a while (2, 3 yrs at least) since I did this. Turned out ok - the soybeans should have steamed longer (than 60 mins) to get them softer.
Overnight = 10hrs, in the oven with pilot light (same set up as we would do for yogurt)
12 packs in the freezer now.
