Radishes get eaten easy enough (like at dinner*) but I hope you don't toss your radish greens!
Cut off and clean well (3x rinse in a tub of water) so no sand, then chop and saute a bit and add to daal (it's a touch bitter, so good to have it with something that will cut that a bit)
@SRDas I recommend Miso soup with radish green. The radish green are crispy and crunchy.
