The intelligence service is not playing politics. Everybody within the public service political or not goes through some sort of screening. Anybody above a certain level requires Secret clearance. </p><p>What is wrong with expecting those at the very top who need access to classified information to do their jobs properly to get the clearance. Bridge&Tunnel Jeff<p>Canadians uniting against a credible threat from the US government is a good thing, but I worry it's going to turn to xenophobia against anyone not seen as a "real" Canadian, against indigenous people and immigrants (especially non-white ones).</p><p>If you're Canadian, please fight back against the actual threat without slipping further into white supremacy; that's the door Poilièvre will use to win.
