Elaine Pegoraro<p>My name is Elaine Pegoraro and I'm a postdoc at <a href="https://climatejustice.rocks/tags/LBNL" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>LBNL</span></a>. I've primarily worked on soil warming experiments. For my PhD, I worked in AK on a passive permafrost warming experiment using snow fences. As a postdoc, I work at a whole-soil warming experiment at Blodgett forest, CA using heaters to warm the soil to 1m. Currently, I am setting up a similar warming experiment at Point Reyes. I love chatting about climate change, C isotope use in source partitioning, soil incubations, outreach, etc.</p>
