It's only 3 seasons and I'm about halfway through the third season. The main character leads of support group for recovering alcoholics. My take is it's about a group of broken people who have lost a lot, just trying to make it through life. It's a little uneven, but it's got a lot of heart and I appreciate the show. Markus WerleIt's not often that I recommend a TV series or a movie. Today I make an exception: <a href="https://nrw.social/tags/Loudermilk" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Loudermilk</a> on <a href="https://nrw.social/tags/Amazon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Amazon</a> and <a href="https://nrw.social/tags/Netflix" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Netflix</a> is different. CW: It's kind of rough, so if you have a past as an alcoholic or drug addict or as a co-addict you should be a little careful with consuming that one. Apart from that, this series nails it finding a good balance between ridiculous events in a group of broken people and a little gleam of <a href="https://nrw.social/tags/hope" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#hope</a>. Excellent ensemble cast of quirky characters led by Ron Livingston as Sam <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/Loudermilk" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Loudermilk</a> the leader of a group of alcoholics and other drug abusers navigating their way through a life of sobriety.
