No plans for today, except possibly finishing a baby rainbow cardigan I started Tuesday night, after I finished Tilly the cat!

I haven't managed to finish the book, TBH I haven't got past chapter five but it's an excuse to catch up with some good people, and chat!

Yesterday's hospital visit with Mum went well, and she has a provisional appointment for her cataracts to be done, so fingers crossed 
Not much on the agenda today, so we'll probably toddle off to the pub for lunch.

Happy Saturday to you all, the weekend has arrived
Today's a big day, Ms DT and her Fiancé are coming through to view the new house, it's going to be her first visit
They're bringing his Mum and her partner, and his sister
This is the first time we've met his family!!
It feels like a big deal! The wedding is just over a month away, so it feels right to be meeting up finally!
We're meeting at a local pub for lunch, it's close enough for us to cycle there!

Told Mum about her pregnant granddaughter moving yesterday, the response was,
'at least they're not moving onto a boat '
Followed swiftly by 'I remember when... I,I,I ... So sad, no enthusiasm or anything approaching excitement, I know she's old, but she doesn't have any empathy!
