"Independent media" in the West means a media that is controlled by the West.
European Endowment for Democracy (#EED), which is same shit as #NED (#CIA) but #EU packaging, is also behind of this "independent media" funding.
A win: "The State Department has paid out $97M to the National Endowment for Democracy and is putting another $72M out the door imminently.
It appears this will head off a lawsuit that would have been a test of President Trump's impoundment authority."
