Khurram Wadee ✅I visited <a href="https://mastodon.org.uk/tags/KewGardens" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#KewGardens</a> the other day (if you want the formal name, they’re the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew) in London. It’s a large site in outer <a href="https://mastodon.org.uk/tags/London" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#London</a>, technically <a href="https://mastodon.org.uk/tags/Surrey" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Surrey</a>. It has plants from all over the world and has many large <a href="https://mastodon.org.uk/tags/GlassHouses" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#GlassHouses</a> to simulate various climatic conditions.This one dates back to the mid nineteenth century and is called the <a href="https://mastodon.org.uk/tags/PalmHouse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#PalmHouse</a> and houses <a href="https://mastodon.org.uk/tags/tropical" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#tropical</a> plants.<a href="https://mastodon.org.uk/tags/MyWork" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#MyWork</a> <a href="https://mastodon.org.uk/tags/MyPhoto" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#MyPhoto</a> <a href="https://mastodon.org.uk/tags/CCBYSA" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#CCBYSA</a> <a href="https://mastodon.org.uk/tags/Android" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Android</a> <a href="https://mastodon.org.uk/tags/Winter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Winter</a>

ArneAnother of my fixpoints in <a href="https://regenerate.social/tags/Copenhagen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Copenhagen</a> is the <a href="https://regenerate.social/tags/BotaniskHave" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#BotaniskHave</a> with the <a href="https://regenerate.social/tags/PalmHouse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#PalmHouse</a>. The <a href="https://regenerate.social/tags/garden" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#garden</a> outside didn't make that much this time of the year. But the <a href="https://regenerate.social/tags/butterflies" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#butterflies</a> in the palm house were just amazing. A <a href="https://regenerate.social/tags/glasswing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#glasswing</a> landed on my hand and didn't leave me for 10+ minutes, probably drinking my salty sweat (it was warm!). I can't remember how often I've taken the shot of the palm house terrace - but it is a tradition for each visit. Next time, I'll bring my camera. My phone doesn't cut the mustard.
