Simon Lucy<p>In these striking times it doesn't help how useless the train companies are. A ticket booked in November for a train at a particular time (as that is how it works when you have to have a reservation), the train is cancelled/moved for whatever reason and the reservation lost and the ticket itself may or may not be accepted. So a new ticket is bought and a new reservation but the seat is in an unreserved carriage and the person sitting in it isn't going to move.</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/RailStrikeSolidarity" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>RailStrikeSolidarity</span></a></p>
