He led a trio including Trevor Veitch on guitar and Duke Bardwell on bass. It was one of the best concerts of any sort I have ever heard. Tevor Veitch did many and diverse things in popular music, but this is the only time I heard him live. It seems to me Duke Bardwell was with Elvis Presley when I heard him in concert. Bardwell, at one time or another, was definitely in Presley's TCB Band.The new Tom Rush album, "Gardens Old, Flowers New," is set for release tomorrow, Friday, March 1, 2024.
