Komitee gegen den VogelmordIllegaler Verkauf von "Schleppwild" in Bayern: Ein Jäger aus dem Unterallgäu muss nach einer Anzeige des Komitees gegen den Vogelmord ein Bußgeld zahlen, weil er trotz eindeutiger Vermarktungsverbote tote Graureiher im Internet zum Verkauf angeboten hatte. Bei den Kunden seines Online-Versandhandel handelte es sich hauptsächlich um Jäger, die mit den toten Vögeln ihre Hunde trainieren wollten. „Bereichern Sie Ihr Hundetraining mit unseren exklusiven Graureihern in erstklassiger Qualität.“, so der Anbieter in einem inzwischen gelöschten Verkaufsangebot. Dass Graureiher – auch wenn sie in Bayern legal geschossen wurden - grundsätzlich nicht vermarktet oder zum Verkauf angeboten werden dürfen, war dem Tierhändler entweder nicht bekannt oder gleichgültig. Die zuständige Jagdbehörde – aufmerksam geworden nach einer Anzeige des Komitees gegen den Vogelmord - hat auf nun wegen Verstoß gegen die Bundeswildschutzverordnung im April einen Bußgeldbescheid in unbekannter Höhe erlassen.
