La empresaria, que llegó a la isla con solo 500 euros, ahora vende sus alfajores en dos locales de la capital islandesa, utilizando dulce de leche importado de Argentina y chocolate de la prestigiosa marca local Omnom.Su trayectoria comenzó en Buenos Aires, donde Valvo tenía una exitosa marca de ropa. Sin embargo, la crisis económica de 2018 la llevó a cambiar de rumbo y buscar nuevas oportunidades en Italia.
